How it actually works
Here is the secret: we take the quartz heating element and wrap it in a specialized protective sleeve. Then, we lock the ends tight with glass-to-metal seals. This creates a buffer of inert gas or a vacuum. So, if a chemical leak happens in your cleaning tank, those explosive vapors can’t even touch the hot filament or the electrical terminals. Dealing with the heat
