To get that IP-rated seal, we have to wrap the module tight. But tight seals can trap heat around the wiring, which is a recipe for a meltdown. To fix that, we used high-temperature silicone leads. They can handle the peak heat without breaking a sweat.
Swapping it Out in Minutes
When the time comes to service the unit, you don’t need a toolkit or a degree in electrical engineering. First, kill the power. Then, pop the locking clips, slide out the old module, and wire up the new one. No soldering. No stress. The whole thing takes less than ten minutes.
